On November 22, 2018, Continental announced an acquisition of a UK based fine jewellery distributor, Lawrence Blunt Limited. This merger between its UK division, Continental Jewellery (UK) Limited, and Lawrence Blunt Limited formed a new Continental Jewellery UK business. The Board believes that this acquisition allows the company to provide additional benefits to both existing and new customers by offering extensive design and a broader array of products and supports. In addition, it can further expand and strengthen the Group’s presence and foothold in the United Kingdom market.
