Continental signed the Mental Health Workplace Charter and is pleased to be commended as a Mental Health Friendly Organisation in July 2023 by meeting the objectives of promoting mental well-being at workplace including a respectful and positive environment and promoting active listening and communication, encouraging help-seeking, and facilitating early identification of mental distress and timely treatment.  Continental will continue to create an inclusive and friendly workplace environment for employees with mental distress and foster growth and resilience by providing comprehensive health-care and welfare services.
